Nonprofit IT support that just works.
Day-to-day IT support, security patching, monitoring, and incident response for 501(c)(3) organizations. Predictable monthly pricing, real-engineer access, no enterprise upsell.
IT support sized for a 3-person nonprofit.
Most nonprofits cannot justify a full-time IT director. Most managed service providers (MSPs) charge enterprise rates and bury their pricing in three-year contracts. CSuite Code is different: discounted hourly and monthly rates for verified 501(c)(3) organizations, predictable budgeting, and direct access to the engineer doing the work.
Whether you need helpdesk for staff laptops, security patches on your CMS, backup and recovery for donor data, or a CTO-level voice for your board meetings, we cover it under one engagement.

What is nonprofit IT support, exactly?
Nonprofit IT support is the day-to-day work of keeping your technology running: helpdesk for staff laptops and email, security patching, backup and recovery, monitoring, and answering questions when something breaks. CSuite Code provides discounted IT support for verified 501(c)(3) organizations.
How much does nonprofit IT support cost?
A reasonable benchmark is 2-5% of annual operating budget for total IT spend. For a $500,000-budget nonprofit, that means roughly $10,000-$25,000 per year on technology including software and external support. Nonprofit-priced managed plans typically run $1,500-$2,500 per month and bundle most of what you need.
What is the difference between nonprofit IT support and a managed service provider (MSP)?
IT support is operational - keeping things running and fixing things that break. A managed service provider (MSP) bundles IT support with strategic planning, vendor management, security monitoring, and ongoing improvements under a single predictable monthly fee. See our nonprofit managed services page for a full comparison.
Do you only support nonprofits in Philadelphia?
No. We are based in the Greater Philadelphia region but work remotely with nonprofits across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the broader United States. We travel to local clients for kickoffs and major milestones; remote-only engagements work fine for the rest of the country.
What if my nonprofit already has someone doing IT?
Many of our clients have an internal IT person or volunteer. We slot in alongside them - handling the things they do not have time for, providing CTO-level guidance, or being the backup when they are on vacation. We do not require you to replace anyone.
